DRAFT, pending legal review. Not yet in effect.

This draft explains how Closr handles information in the Closr iPhone app and on this website. "Closr", "we" and "us" mean the team behind the app.

The short version

What you put in the app

Closr stores the deals, contacts and clients, deadlines, net sheets, inspection results and drafts you create. This can include personal information about your clients and other parties to a transaction, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses and property addresses. You are responsible for having the right to enter that information.

AI features

Ask Closr, the inspection reader, contract reading and voice memos send the content you choose (for example a PDF, an audio recording or your question with relevant deal details) to our AI service, which uses a third-party AI model provider [provider to be confirmed] to process it. We ask providers not to use this data to train their models. [Retention period to be confirmed.]

Connected services

If you connect your MLS or a showing calendar, Closr receives the listings, comps or showings that service shares, under that service's own terms. Availability varies by MLS.

Payments

[Payment processor and billing details to be confirmed.] We don't receive or store your full card details.

This website

The website does not use advertising trackers. [Analytics, if any, to be confirmed.]

Your choices

You can edit or delete your records in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes data stored on the device. To ask about your information, contact us through the app.

Children

Closr is a professional tool for real estate agents and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will update this page if this policy changes and change the date above.
