Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

DRAFT, pending legal review. Not yet in effect.

These draft terms cover your use of the Closr iPhone app and this website.

What Closr is

Closr is a productivity tool for real estate agents. It is not legal, tax, financial or inspection advice, and it does not replace your broker, a closing attorney, a title company, a lender or a licensed inspector.

Estimates and AI drafts

Net sheets and cash-to-close figures are estimates. Confirm actual figures with your closing attorney or title company. Deadlines read from a contract and findings read from an inspection report may be incomplete or wrong; check them against the source documents. AI drafts are suggestions. Review them before you use or send them. You are responsible for what you send to clients and other parties.

Your account and content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Closr. You confirm you have the right to enter information about your clients and other people, and that your use complies with applicable law, your brokerage's policies and any MLS rules.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings in the app. [Billing and refund terms to be confirmed.]

Third-party services

MLS data, showing calendars and other connected services are provided by their owners under their own terms. Availability varies by MLS. ShowingTime is a trademark of its owner.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to break its security, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Disclaimers and liability

[Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute terms to be written by counsel.]

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do.
